Prior to that, he interned in British Parliament and worked with an organization affiliated with the United Nations. Later in his career, Mr. Wagar practiced civil litigation for a South Florida law firm handling personal injury cases and disability and life insurance claims. He has also represented clients for insurance claims resulting from Hurricane Andrew, including claims for loss due to fire.
