Danielle L. Rosen is a seasoned disability insurance dispute lawyer, who was raised in Miami, Florida. She attended Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications. Ms. Rosen relocated to Washington, D.C. to work for Congressman Peter Deutsch on Capitol Hill, representing Florida's 20th Congressional District. She moved back to south Florida to attend law school at Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center where she graduated in 1998. Prior to joining the Wagar Law firm, Ms. Rosen's law practice focused on representing individuals in their group (ERISA), individual disability and life insurance claims. Her practice at the firm focuses on representing individuals in their group or individual disability and life insurance claims, both at the administrative and litigation levels.
Danielle L. Rosen is a member of The Florida Bar, the Southern, Middle and Northern District Court's of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers ("FAWL") and the Florida Justice Association ("FJA"). Ms. Rosen is a published writer regarding legal matters, having co-authored an article published in the Florida Medical Business News (Volume 22, Number 13; July 21, 2008) titled Disability Claims: Know Your Rights.
Ms. Rosen has been successful in handling both ERISA and non-ERISA claims in: negotiating lump–sum buyouts, pre-litigation settlements, administrative appeals, and litigation on behalf of clients with Bipolar disease, Cancer, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, cognitive disorders, Fibromyalgia, including Chronic Pain Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Lumbar and Cervical Disc disease, Lupus, Ménière's disease, Multiple Sclerosis, among other debilitating mental and physical conditions.
